What is the goal
of Sygnanet platform?
Identity protection and legal protection of people who report irregularities occurring in the company.
Whistleblower Protection Directive (Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law) protects you, among others, against:
• unjustified termination of the employment relationship,
• refusing to extend the employment relationship or blocking employment opportunities with other employers,
• sabotaging your career development path.
What irregularities
can I report?
You can report various violations, e.g. regarding: „price fixing” (an agreement between companies on price levels to avoid mutual competition), employee matters (discrimination, mobbing), theft, violence (e.g. bullying, intimidation), any matters damaging the company’s reputation, abuse of power, actions causing financial losses and others.
How Sygnanet protects
Your identity?
The company’s designated recipient of reports sends a return message to the server and not to the whistleblower.
• This message is marked with an ID and password that only the whistleblower knows and only he can read it from the server.
• The return message also contains automatic confirmation that the notification has been read (decrypted) by the designated recipient.
• The server deletes traces of the whistleblower’s access to the server.
